I think this dress is a result of poor planning. The designer went so overboard ordering applique floral uglies that she desinged a dress which used them as a collar. Sadly, she overestimated on the collar, had been working from one side of the dress to the next, and ended up with too many applique floral uglies on the bodice, collar, and sleeve that she just gave up mid-design. Sadly, I think I ran into the same designer walking the streets mumbling something about double checking floral appliques on order sheets.


heee! This one really cracked me up. So short - yet so, perfect. And yeah, if you're cold wear two sleeves...I wonder if they make one armed shrugs, or if this is party of the amputee line of dresses? :)
